Explore the myriad flavors and health benefits of fermented cuisine, with a menu of octopus grilled with homemade doenjang paste, spicy namul salad dressed in naturally-fermented vinegar, grilled Hanwoo loin end, grilled sea bass with fish soy sauce, and makgeolli cheesecake.
